Direct Door Knobs Shipping Information
Most orders ship within 2 business days from the time of your order, however some brands do not ship as quickly because they are either custom made, or assembled per order. Please refer to the table below for general shipping time frames. We do our best to let you know if there is a hold up on your order because of low stock or other issues. If you are in a time crunch, please give us a call and we can verify stock levels and shipping timeframe for you. Since most items ship direct to you from our manufacturers if you have ordered multiple brands you may receive multiple shipments. As a result the shipping time for one product may be different from another on your order.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs on DirectDoorKnobs.com will vary according to the quantity, what you have ordered and the shipping option chosen. To see shipping costs, just add the items to your cart and the cost will be calculated. Shipping costs range from $7.75-$59 depending on the shipping option chosen.
NOTE: Standard shipping and expedited 3 business day shipping options are available online. If you need a quicker shipping option please call or email us with the complete contents of your order and the shipping address so that we may provide a quote. Keep in mind that expedited shipping options generally begin when the item is shipped, not when the order is placed. So if an item takes two weeks for manufacturing they will be expedited upon completion and availability. We make every effort to ship items as soon as possible.
Do We Ship Internationally? Yes, we can ship internationally. Please call or email us with the exact contents of your order and your physical mailing address so that we can provide a quote. It can sometimes be cost prohibitive so we don't have it as an option on our website. Orders to Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands will be billed actual shipping cost. Standard shipping timeframes do not apply to orders not within the continental United States.
Returns or Exchanges - If, for any reason you are not happy with you hardware you can return it within 30 days of the original sale. There is a restocking fee for all returns and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The restock fee will vary according to brand. The exception to our restock fee policy is when an item is shipped incorrectly or damaged from one of our shipping warehouses. To receive refunds on returned goods, the items cannot be damaged from installation, must be in their original containers in good condition with all of the parts inside. Some of our products are shipped from different locations. Please fill out a return request, so that we can give you the correct return address. (see returns page for full details). Custom made items may not be returnable.
Need an Exchange? Since we ship from multiple warehouses, exchanges can be complicated if you change brands. The best and fastest way for you to get your new door hardware products is to place a new order for the items that you need and return the unwanted items. Upon receipt of the returned items we will credit you back the cost of those items less any applicable restock fees.
There are no refunds on products that have been misused, abused or rendered unless as a result of improper use or installation. All returned items must be returned with 30 days of receipt and must be returned in the original packaging and condition.
