Don-J Mfg. warrants to the original buyer for a period of one year that this product is free from defects in workmanship and materials.
This warranty does not apply to any defects or malfunctions resulting from improper installation or use. This warranty does not apply to the product finish. Don-Jo Mfg. shall not be liable for ay consequential damages to persons or property or incidental expenses resulting from breach of this warranty or any implied warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limits may not apply.
